Regular Supervision for Your Peace of Mind
We visit your apartment or house monthly to ensure everything is in order. After each visit, we provide feedback based on a pre-agreed checklist.
We empty the mailbox, air out the home, water the plants, and check the windows and doors. If we notice any damage, we take immediate steps to prevent further issues and send you a detailed damage assessment.
Damage Repair
Following the damage assessment, we offer immediate assistance to manage the entire repair process. You don’t need to travel in case of damage; we oversee the repair, restoration, and cleaning work with personal supervision.
Availability
If your property is in a multi-unit building, we can visit the site in case of issues and consult with you to resolve them. We represent your interests at homeowners’ meetings.
For family houses, we inspect the property after major storms or natural disasters, address any damage in the house or garden, maintain the street area in front of the house, and clear snow if necessary. We are in contact with the alarm company and handle the recording and reporting of utility meter readings.
